How long does shipping take?

It takes 1-2 business days (excluding weekends) to fulfill the order and ship it out. Once it's been shipped, shipping time will depend on mail service selected at check out (first class mail or priority mail) and shipping location. All orders are shipped out from Huntington Beach, CA.

Do you ship internationally? How much is international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! However, please be aware of your countries importing guidelines and of any duty fees that they may charge you. Certain countries will charge duty fees for importing certain products (such as stainless steel) in from another country. Due to customs limitations, we are currently unable to ship to Turkey and India.

Shipping costs will vary depending on location and weight of the order. Shipping costs can be calculated at checkout.

Can I return my item(s) for a refund or exchange?

Yes, if you need help returning your item(s) please email us at We do not do exchanges for different items, but you can return the item to receive a refund in order to purchase a different item.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. Refunds and exchanges are no longer valid after 30 days from the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for the returned product to be delivered may vary.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification and be notified of the approval of your refund. Refunds will be processed after we receive the return and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable as they are spent on the shipping label used to ship the order to you.

Do you have a warranty on your glass straws?

Unfortunately we do not offer warranty on glass straws. Please note that all glass straw listings warn that the straws are fragile and should be handled with care.

 I signed up to be an ambassador, how long will it take for me to hear back about my application?

Thank you for signing on to be an ambassador! We have a wait list for ambassadors, so we will try to get to your application as soon as we can. You'll receive an email update once we get to your application!

How can we work with you to fundraise for our school club/organization?

I forgot to add a discount code, can I have it applied to my order?

Unfortunately once the order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the order. Please double check your order before finalizing it to avoid any errors.

How do I change my shipping address? I entered in the wrong address!

Please send an email to for assistance. Please note that this will not guarantee that we can change your shipping address on time. Once an order has already been shipped, we can no longer make changes to the shipping address.

To avoid any issues, we recommend double checking your address information to ensure it is complete (includes suite/apartment number if there is one) and accurate before confirming the order.
